General purpose is to access business efficiency of Namsung shipping agency department at VOSA Hai Phong through evaluating fluctuating pattern of this department in the period of 4 years (2011-2014) and analyzing factors affecting business efficiency. From this, some basic suggestions will be given to enhance business efficiency of department.
