Objectives of research: Present literature reviews related to freight forwarding services; research about Haiphong Branch of GOODTRANS Overseas Services Company Limited; research the current status of the freight forwarding services for importing FCL cargoes at GOODTRANS – Haiphong branch to determine the strengths and limitations of the service. Also propose some solutions and recommendations to improve freight forwarding services for importing FCL cargoes at this branch.
