This study is conducted to evaluate the quality of port services at Tan Vu Port Branch through services quality scale of commercial ports. To achieve the basic objective, the topic will focus on the specific study of the following issues: Inspecting the components of services quality scale of commercial ports, inspecting the relationship between the components of services quality scale of commercial ports and customer’s satisfaction, making recommendations to improve the quality of port services to increase the level of customer’s satisfaction.
