The main contents of the dissertation consist of three main parts: Chapter 1 – Literature review, chapter 2 – container cargo congestion at the Port of Hai Phong Joint Stock Company – Chua Ve terminal, chapter 3 – recommendations to minimize container cargo congestion at the Port of Hai Phong Joint Stock Company – Chua Ve terminal.
