This dissertation includes three chapters: Chapter I – Literature review, chapter II – Dilivering and receiving container procedure at container yard in viconship-green port, chapter III – Evaluation and recommendations to enhance delivering and receiving container procedure at cy in green port.

This dissertation provides the understanding of CFS operation, studying the services and activities at CFS warehouse, especially export and import activities and giving out some recommendations to improve the CFS warehouse operation.
